STEP 1:
REGISTRATION
Interested applicants are invited to register through this link at Registration Panel
STEP 2:
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
You are required to submit your abstracts (in English) through the registration panel. You can download the abstract template at Download Section..
STEP 3:
NOTIFICATION & INVOICE
Your abstract will be reviewed. The acceptance or rejection of your abstract will then be notified to you. The invoice payment will also be attached if your abstract is accepted.
STEP 4:
PAYMENT & RECEIPT
Registration fees must be paid within 3 WEEKS from the invoice date. Confirmation of registration is only upon full payment of registration fee. Read the payment notes here at Payment Terms. Receipts will be generated upon completion of payment.
STEP 5:
FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
After your abstract is accepted, you are required to submit the full paper (in English). You can download the full template at
Download Section.
STEP 6:
PAPER REVIEW & NOTIFICATION
Your full paper will be reviewed by the appointed reviewers upon completion of full payment. Then, you will receive a notification of whether your paper is accepted or needs to be revised.
STEP 7:
FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION
Your final paper should be revised (if needed, based on comments provided by reviewer) and submitted via the Confbay link in the ‘camera-ready’ section.
STEP 8:
NOTIFICATION
You will receive a registration confirmation upon the submission of your final paper.
STEP 9:
PRESENTATION
The conference will take place on 26th to 27th July 2025 at UCSI Hotel Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. You will be given a 10 minute presentation & 5 minutes Q&A session. You can refer to the conference schedule here at

STEP 10:
CERTIFICATE
You will receive a presenter certificate and publication paper
certificate through your registered email.
